As part of the English Language Month, a Lesson Study was conducted with the aim of enhancing teachers’ professional development. This collaborative approach allowed educators to share experiences, analyze teaching methods, and gain deeper insight into students’ learning progress.
The process fostered reflective teaching practices and strengthened teamwork among teachers, contributing to more effective and student-centered learning.
